Provides Human Presence Detection, Movement, and Respiration, Up to 5 Meters Away

SensorLogic's new radar-based Health Module and development kit, the SLMX4, is now for sale and replacing the discontinued Xethru modules. The development module boasts an NXP ARM Cortex-M7 microcontroller paired with the Novelda X4 impulse radar SoC. Moreover, there is 8 MB of SDRAM, various environmental sensors, e.g. Lux and Temp/Hum, and it can be Wi-Fi (or BLE) enabled. Two available firmwares provide users integration flexibility: 1) a development-oriented firmware which is paired with a MATLAB, Python, or C++ client for immediate algorithm crunching on raw radar signals or 2) a Health-oriented firmware that provides human presence detection, movement, and respiration, up to 5 meters away. Furthermore, the stock PCB-planar style antenna pair can be replaced with an SMA MIMO frontend that provides the user a 4-element RX virtual array.  Buy yours now on the web store or visit the SLMX4 modules page for more info.
